Claims Administrator

Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days from home)

20 Holidays + Bank Holidays + 1 extra day per month (12 extra per year)

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in managing a variety of insurance claims, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately. Using your strong attention to detail, you will assess and investigate claims, working closely with policyholders, colleagues, and third parties to determine fair outcomes in line with company policies and industry regulations. Your ability to problem-solve and manage multiple cases effectively will be essential in ensuring a smooth claims process. The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Skills:

  • 1 year phone-based experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer facing role

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in regulated environments
  • 12 months experience in Financial or Insurance industry
