We are working with an award-winning boutique bridging lender based in the Stockport/Cheadle area who solely specialise in bridging. Due to their investment in case management and underwriting systems they have some extremely impressive technology!
What’s on offer?
- WFH 2 days per week (After initial training period) + impressive benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assessing the risk attributed to the application and make a decision based on this
- Build successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
- Understand and assess the relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements.
- Monitor and report fraudulent activity.
- Underwrite approved bridging loan applications.
Skills & Experience
- Relevant bridging, commercial or buy-to-let underwriting experience
- Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working within an established team
- Clear communication skills with the ability to make decisions clearly.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
