We are working with an award-winning boutique bridging lender based in the Stockport/Cheadle area who solely specialise in bridging. Due to their investment in case management and underwriting systems they have some extremely impressive technology!

What’s on offer?

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assessing the risk attributed to the application and make a decision based on this
  • Build successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
  • Understand and assess the relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements.
  • Monitor and report fraudulent activity.
  • Underwrite approved bridging loan applications.

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant bridging, commercial or buy-to-let underwriting experience
  • Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working within an established team
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to make decisions clearly.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
