I am currently recruiting for an NQ-1yr PQE Court of Protection Solicitor to join a firm recognised as one of the best law firms to work for in the UK.
About the Role:
As part of the growing Court of Protection and Private Client Team, you will work closely with the Partner and Head of Department to:
- Manage Property and Affairs Deputyships, supporting brain-injured and vulnerable clients
- Handle Trust management, tax affairs and statutory wills
- Provide expert legal advice in line with the Mental Capacity Act
- Attend clients in hospitals, homes and care facilities
- Manage your own caseload and build expertise in contentious Deputyship work
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-1yr PQE)
- Strong working knowledge of the Court of Protection
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK as needed
- Experience working with brain-injured or vulnerable clients is highly desirable
