Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

As part of the Process Improvement Engineer team, you will be applying Lean and Continuous Improvement principles to review and optimise processes, equipment, and manufacturing capabilities, as well as collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive innovative solutions

Skills required for the Process Improvement Engineer:
- Engineering Qualification
- Exposure to LEAN and Continuous Improvement principles
- Chemical Engineering experience is advantageous
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced ing environment
