Your new companyThis manufacturing business is seeking a sales administrator to join their team in Stockport.Your new roleYou will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and managing the order process from end-to-end. This includes handling customer queries, processing customer orders onto the in-house system, managing customer expectations, processing invoices, updating information on the system, handling delivery queries, resolving customer issues, handling paperwork and relevant documents and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working in a sales administration and customer service role will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can build lasting relationships with customers. You're organised with excellent attention to detail and have great organisational skills. You are able to prioritise your work effectively and have great time management skills.
