You will already have proven experience in an Operations Manager role and will be responsible for the day to day running of the operations team. You will play a vital part of the SLT and will be expected to provide input for future business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for providing all operational functions that drive and support the business.
- Work alongside the Financial Controller to provide operational input into weekly/ monthly forecasts
- Review historical data and trends to inform more accurate future forecasts
- Production of complete operational handbook
- Oversee client account management
- Management of small office team
- Staff stock and equipment management
- Hand on approach
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of ISO9001
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong analyticalskills and attention to detail.
