Manchester Staff is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer for one of our leading clients. In this role you will be working for a nationwide consultancy within the building services industry covering many different sectors.

Roles and responsibilities:
We are looking for a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating calculations and design concepts, applying them to system layouts, and transferring these specifications to contractors for installation. This will involve heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. The role requires a solid understanding of engineering principles, system design theory, and the ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation for contractors.
Essential:
- Experience in Education, Residential, Commercial Refurb Sectors
- Experience in Mechanical Design Engineering (1 year minimum)
- Relevant Qualification(s)
