We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Personal Assistant to support their team of three Executive Directors. Due to the nature of the role, office working will be required 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supporting a team of three Executive Directors
• Manging conflicting priorities
• Effectively managing the Directors complex diaries and emails
• Arranging and attending meetings
• Managing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
• Maintaining high levels of confidentiality
• Completing facilities management tasks to ensure efficient office running
• Supporting with the organisation of office events

Requirements of the Personal Assistant:

• Previous experience within a PA role to senior managers and/ or Directors/ Executives
