Requirements

To be considered for the Year 3 Primary Teacher position, you must:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE/QTS) - NQTs will also be considered
  • Have the ability to build strong professional relationships with children, creating a nurturing, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Have high expectations for children's learning, presentation, and behaviour, promoting a culture of excellence and respect
  • Be able to identify learning gaps and deliver high-quality interventions to ensure every child can reach their full potential
  • Be a team player who works effectively within a dedicated and supportive team, sharing ideas and best practises
  • Have a hard-working attitude with a passion for meeting the diverse needs of our children and contributing to their success every day
  • Have ECT status (or be working towards it) with the ambition to grow as an outstanding teacher

An Enhanced DBS check is required, and it must be registered on the Update Service.
