We are delighted to be working with a well respected school within the Endon and surrounding Staffordshire areas who are seeking a professional Cover Supervisor to join their faculty as soon as possible.

About you:

  • Passionate about working with children
  • Experience working in a school environment, including in a classroom setting
  • Able to implement behaviour management strategies
  • Previous experience working in a classroom or similar setting
  • Able to work alongside teaching staff
  • Quick-thinking and professional approach

About the role:

  • Working as a full time Cover Supervisor
  • Providing supervision of pupil learning
  • Supporting in covering lessons, delivering the curriculum and implementing lesson plans on behalf of teaching staff
  • Ensure classrooms are kept neat and tidy
  • Be able and comfortable to move around the school
  • Implement school behaviour policies
  • Adhere to staff guidelines
  • Maintain high levels of safeguarding
