A fast growing software business are currently on the lookout for a customer service executive to join the team. This position will suit someone who has a background either within payroll or has worked in the umbrella industry.
Job duties:
- Assisting clients (Payroll & Accountants) to effectively use software
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and potentially in person meetings
- Build strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure new clients are being on-boarded correctly
- Multiple other duties
To apply:
- Background within payroll or worked within the umbrella market
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable working closely with clients
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team
