A fast growing software business are currently on the lookout for a customer service executive to join the team. This position will suit someone who has a background either within payroll or has worked in the umbrella industry.

Job duties:

  • Assisting clients (Payroll & Accountants) to effectively use software
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and potentially in person meetings
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure new clients are being on-boarded correctly
  • Multiple other duties
