They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Role involves:
- Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing project finances from start to finish
- Conducting valuations, final accounts, and variations
- Ensuring contract compliance and providing financial advice to stakeholders
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
