A small, boutique mortgage and protection brokerage with a reputation for delivering exceptional, tailored advice to their clients is looking for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator to work exclusively with their private client portfolio.

This is a hands-on role requiring autonomy, initiative, and an understanding of the mortgage and protection industry.

What you'll be doing...

  • Keying in mortgage and protection applications
  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant
  • Chasing up all parties to ensure cases reach desired outcomes quickly and efficiently 
  • Attend client meetings, both virtual and face to face
  • Prepare suitability letters and reports in line with FCA regulations 

What you'll bring with to the company...

  • Previous experience in mortgage and protection administration is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Laser focused literacy and grammar skills.
