Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:

• Provide tailored support as a learning support assistant, to pupils with special educational needs
• Foster positive relationships that boost confidence and well-being
• Assist in delivering engaging and meaningful learning activities
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental health development
• Help create a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant:

• Passion for working with pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
• A determined, patient, and caring approach to supporting learners
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Experience as a learning support assistant in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• A team player with a genuine commitment to making a difference
