We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Business Support Administrator to cover maternity leave. Due to the nature of the role, office working will be required 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:
- Answering phone calls
- Ensuring boardrooms are maintained
- Ordering office supplies
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Working alongside colleagues and tenants
- Completing facilities management tasks to ensure efficient office running
Requirements of the Business Support Administrator:
- Previous experience working within a similar environment, including a customer facing role
- Ability to work on own initiative
