Description
- Plan and manage the routing of deliveries and collections to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on transport performance, ensuring all service levels are met.
- Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their needs and managing their expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport legislation.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth running of operations.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Manage and resolve any issues or disruptions in the transport plan.
- Lead and motivate the logistics team to achieve their goals.
