Juice Recruitment is excited to partner with a family-run estate agency in Cheddar to find an experienced Business Growth Manager.

This role is ideal for someone highly motivated and sales-driven, ready to take full ownership of a new branch. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the business, from generating leads to conducting valuations, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively generate leads, secure new business, and grow the branch's market share.
  • Valuations & New Listings: Conduct property valuations and win new instructions to build the business.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Marketing & Networking: Promote the business through local marketing initiatives and networking.

Experience & Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a sales-driven or senior role.
  • Strong focus on business development with a track record of securing new business.
  • Excellent property valuation skills.
  • Strong leadership and ability to drive a sales team.
  • Results-focused with a passion for growth and business development.
