Are you an Administrator with experience working on projects looking for an exciting new opportunity to join an ambitious company that offer all the training to ensure you succeed from the off?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be providing general administrative assistance across the Projects team, preparing and sending out purchase orders and working with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

The company provides water treatment, industrial water solutions and industrial water management to a diverse array of industries, trusted by household names such as Warburton's. They are a truly independent organisation, set up by highly skilled engineers over 30 years ago. Now looking to continue their growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to join the team, with excellent ongoing progression potential.

This role would suit a Project Administrator looking for an exciting new role where each day is different with a company who provide training and support to help you grow and develop your career.

The Role:

  • Providing general administrative assistance across the Projects Team
  • Supporting the team in obtaining quotations on items that have been specified by the Projects Team
  • Checking pricing matches schedules prior to ordering
  • Preparing and sending out purchase orders
  • Working with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Assisting with the production of Critical Spares list for Projects
  • Collating, printing and uploading documentation for Project Manuals
  • Assisting with production of detailed packing and delivery notes for plant dispatch
  • Preparation of work packs and scheduling builds, communicating with the Workshop

The Person:

  • Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar
  • Customer service experience
