Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an independent and family-run estate agents in Cheddar, with the appointment of a Property Valuer & Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to take the lead in a new branch. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with a strong background in estate agency and business development, eager to enhance branch performance, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Growth: Actively generate new business opportunities, conduct property valuations, and secure instructions to enhance market share.
- Valuation & New Instructions: Conduct accurate property valuations, win new business, and implement strategies to optimize property sales and lettings.
- Client & Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants, offering expert advice and support.
- Operational & Compliance Management: Ensure smooth branch operations in line with industry regulations and company policies.
- Marketing & Brand Representation: Promote services through networking, canvassing, and marketing initiatives.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in a senior role.
- Strong property valuation and appraisal skills with a record of securing new business.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
Additional Info and Benefits:
- Competitive salary with uncapped commission - OTE around £56,000

- Location: Cheddar - hybrid office and field-based role
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00, plus one in four Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00 (with the following Wednesday off in lieu)
