Make a difference in people's lives and inspire a team providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities as a Social Care Team Leader.THE ROLE:Working at a beautiful care home the role: - Provide leadership to the team, acting as a positive role model at all times
- Oversee and coordinate personalised care plans
- Ensure adherence to care regulations and standards
- Serve as the primary liaison for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promote continuous professional growth and development for care staff
- Champion the needs and rights of residents
- Oversee administrative tasks related to the delivery of care.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Experience in a similar role - care background essential
- NVQ Level 3+ in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, learning disabilities and person-centred care practices
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving lives
- Home-based skills (eg DIY, cooking and gardening)
SALARY & BENEFITS: - £15.25 - £16.25, dependent on experience
- £200 attendance bonus every 4 months
