Location: Taunton/Bridgwater
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 DOE with on target earnings of £30,000
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Parts Advisor on behalf of one of our clients.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700 with Saturdays 0800 – 1200 on a rota basis. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source and allocate parts
• Stock monitoring
• Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers
• Taking orders from customers
• Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience with parts
• Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
• Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
• Excellent relationship building with clients
• Is highly organised and adaptable
• Team Player
• Has a driving licence (essential)
