An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities as an Accountant include:
- Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations in line with control frameworks
- Ensure accuracy of calculations and postings
- Support the wider team with any issues
- Engage in various projects, such as systems upgrades and process improvements
- Manage the Intercompany process and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external auditors
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory deadlines for the team are met
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), though part-qualified candidates are welcome to apply
- Solid grasp of R2R processes, including best practices, people, processes, and technology
- Excellent attention to detail
