- Prepare consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee US federal, state, and local tax compliance, including corporate tax returns and optimization of the group’s tax position.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Ensure robust internal controls and lead process improvements within the finance function.
- Act as a key liaison with external auditors and advisors, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in group accounting and consolidation within an international business.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and US corporate tax compliance.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
