We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven finance professional to be a key player in our dynamic team. If you thrive on accuracy, analysis, and problem-solving, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy across purchase ledger accounts.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain precise product costing.

  • Manage multicurrency bank reconciliations and oversee intercompany transactions.

  • Drive month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset register (FAR) maintenance.

  • Ensure VAT compliance, including UK Postponed VAT Accounting for imports.

  • Track and analyze weekly sales revenue, providing key insights to the Finance Director.

  • Maintain impeccable financial records in line with internal and external audit requirements.

  • Reconcile company credit card transactions and employee business mileage claims.

  • Assist with Office for National Statistics (ONS) Business Surveys.

  • Analyze stock levels, write-offs, and adjustments to ensure financial precision.

What You Bring:
  • Strong experience in multi-company finance operations.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Sage 50 - this is a must!

  • A background in Finance & Accounting, ideally within a corporate environment.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
