About the Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will work closely with our entrepreneurial clients, primarily smaller owner-managed businesses, across various sectors. These businesses form one of the largest and most dynamic client bases in the South East, and your contributions will have a direct and lasting impact on their growth and success.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive accounting and tax services, acting as a trusted advisor and taking the complexity out of compliance for your clients. You will also be involved in project management, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Support a portfolio of entrepreneurial businesses across multiple industries, ensuring their accounting and compliance needs are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Project Support: Assist with various accounting and business projects, ensuring successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams.
  • Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for client projects, ensuring that both clients and internal teams are kept aligned and that working capital is effectively managed.

About You

  • Qualifications: Ideally, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified, but we also welcome applications from nearly qualified professionals.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
