Vacancy Details:

  • The position is for a Tax Senior at a leading Accountancy Practice.
  • You’ll be working in their tax department, handling a diverse portfolio of clients from various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance: You’ll assist with completing all tax compliance obligations in the UK and internationally. This includes tasks such as income and corporation tax computations and returns, tax provisioning, VAT, tax relief claims, and tax payments.
  • LLP Members Tax Reserves: You’ll be involved in preparing LLP members’ tax reserves for the annual financial accounts, ensuring adequate tax reserves for each partner.
  • Liaison with Tax Authorities: You’ll liaise with relevant tax authorities regarding partner taxes.
  • Tax Payment Calculations: You’ll assist with the preparation and calculations of tax payments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Ideally, candidates should be either ACCA or CTA Qualified.
  • Experience: Solid personal tax experience gained in either a purely tax role or as part of a mixed tax and accounts role.
  • Soft Skills: Being a natural team player, confident in client and colleague interactions, and having strong time management skills are essential.
