The Role:
To assist the Financial Controller and Finance Team in processing and producing financial information.
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Sales ledger invoice processing
- Client account reconciliations
- Subcontractor invoice processing
- Assist with month-end reporting in line with reporting requirements
- Preparation of accounting journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with production of departmental reports
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Support Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks
- Any other tasks commensurate with the role.
The Candidate:
- Previous accounts experience is necessary
- Experience within the construction industry preferred but not essential
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Friday
- Ideally full time (40 hours a week) have the ability to be flexible, but minimum of 27.5 hours a week.
