A construction company in Chelmsford is looking for a part-time temporary Administrator for sickness cover, starting ASAP!
Key Responsibilities for this administrator position:
- Managing and coordinating work orders.
- Making calls to schedule jobs.
- Handling up to 80 jobs a week, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Estimating job duration's and booking the right team members accordingly.
- General administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Some knowledge or experience in the building industry is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
