Team Administrator

  • Salary: £26k-£28k 

We currently working with a business based in Chelmsford who are seeking a Team Administrator to play a crucial role within their Team, providing essential support and administration. This role is key to ensuring the completion of administrative tasks, developing communication methods, establishing strong relationships, and overseeing data and other team projects.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Arrange department meetings, manage team calendars, schedule, prepare agendas, record minutes, and share relevant documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organise team files, documents, and records, ensuring proficiency in IT systems such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Liaise with external providers regarding database functionality and enable data collaborations
  • Maintain an organised office environment.
  • Assist in planning and organising a Learning & Development Programmes
  • Plan and coordinate Events Programme and collate post-event data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in administrative roles. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and external partners.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MailChimp and social media platforms for effective communication.
