- Update website as required
- Arranging department meetings
- Managing team calendars, scheduling and preparing agendas, recording minutes
- Supporting the director and wider teams with admin tasks
- Handling incoming and outbound communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintaining and organising team files, documents and records, including using relevant IT systems to support this work such as Microsoft Teams
- Upholding the quality of the department’s database in line with GDPR requirements.
- Must 3 years have strong administration experience
- Good problem solver
- Must have good Excel skills and proficent in all microsoft packages
- Great Team player
- Good attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
