Key Responsibilities

  • Attending Client meetings & corresponding with clients
  • Writing Engagement Letters
  • Writing suitability reports
  • Keying new business, drawdowns, Bed & SIPPs, rebalances and withdrawals.
  • Populating applications
  • Updating Voyant
  • Cash & Rebalance Reports
  • Checking CGT Reports
  • CF Calculations
  • Diploma in regulated financial planning or studying towards

Skills & Experience

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Broad experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • Open to change with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Works well on own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of a team.
