- PA duties to Managing Director including full Diary Management and Administration
- Creating Presentations
- Fielding all inbound incoming customer calls
- Bridge between all departments - Enabling strong communication between Sales, Operations and Marketing
- Sending on all inbound sales enquiries via Hubspot and MS Outlook after screening
- Ensuring database is clean and being populated correctly to enable accurate reporting data
- Booking flights, hotels and car hire for the teams in both fire businesses
- Overseeing employee expenses claims and approving they are in line with the company expense policy
- Low level business development - Ensuring a follow up contact to sales leads (customers who we have contacted after an email enquiry or to offer support/guidance on company services)
- Arranging customer meetings with new companies for the sales team
- Liaising with the marketing team to send out information to existing and potential clients (Technical information, brochures and general company information)
- Management of the sales office (General housekeeping, stock ordering, meeting room management)
- Any other administrative duties as required by management commensurate with the post
- Previous experience in a PA/EA position is essential
- Good use of MS Packages - Must have experience using MS PowerPoint to a high standard
- Strong customer service and administrative skills including extensive diary management
- Office Management experience would be an advantage
- Full clean driving license due to office location
- Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask
