Recruit UK is looking for a Senior Ifa Administrator to join a distinguished wealth management firm based in Chelmsford. Renowned for its professionalism in wealth management and financial planning, this firm is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients.

Role Overview

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to Investment Managers, Portfolio Managers, clients, and introducers, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Process business submissions within our service level agreement.
  • Recording all new business where necessary (e.g. Intelligent Office, Business Register, File Tracker etc.)
  • Assist with any outstanding enquiries from Accounts related to new business; clawbacks and commission enquiries; direct debit cancellations and distribute to the relevant team.
  • Document & Meeting Preparation: Scan and file post, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Monitor shared email inboxes, and ensure any correspondence has been acknowledged, and responded to, by the end of the next working day.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in Ifa administration within Wealth or Investment Management, with a strong interest in financial services.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with clients, advisers, Investment Managers, and stakeholders, driven by a passion for delivering successful outcomes.
