Location: Chelmsford, EssexHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a rota between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM.Salary: between 27K to 29K.

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organised Vehicle Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in vehicle administration, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee vehicle registration and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventories and administrative paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and national vehicle regulations.
  • Liaise with external parties such as dealerships, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in vehicle administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
