Job Title:Vehicle Administration Specialist
Location: Chelmsford, EssexHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, on a rota between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM.Salary: between 27K to 29K.

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organised Vehicle Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in vehicle administration, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle registration and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventories and administrative paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and national vehicle regulations.
- Liaise with external parties such as dealerships, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide administrative support to sales and service teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in vehicle administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
