Paid Media Specialist £25,000 - £30,000Remote - must be able to get to Chelmsford and surrounding areas for team event days and client meetingsWe are working with a B2B Agency in Chelmsford looking for an agile and data driven Google Ads & Paid Media specialist to join their growing activation's team, as the agency’s Performance Media Executive, you will sit within the Digital Activation Team, working to support clients across the paid media space. The role will primarily involve optimising existing campaigns and supporting the creation of new campaigns for the Head of Digital Activation's, Production Director and Managing Director, as well as using data across ads and analytics to drive insights and actions fo better campaign performance.Your responsibilities:
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads account management, including general account maintenance, creation of new campaigns and keeping up to date with the latest updates and trends from Google
  • Gathering data from accounts to inform upcoming campaigns, campaign optimisation and landing page amendments
  • Supporting with landing page user experience and 
  • Conversion tracking implementation and set-up of conversions for clients across Google Tag Manager
  • Ad-hoc digital marketing activities, including working on the Agencies digital marketing strategy
Your skills
  • Previous experience in a Paid Exec or Performance Media role
  • Experience using Google Ads nd Google Analytics and be flexible in your working approach.
  • Have a clear understanding of Analytics data and the ability to drive campaign optimisation
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Conversion tracking 
  • Be able to report in campaign performance to clients face to face and online
