An opportunity as opened for a Senior FPGA Engineer to join a large organisation in the heart of the Essex. This role is purely down to some new exciting projects coming to the business. You will mainly be working on a range of products across the Space & Aerospace sector. 

The role of Senior FPGA Engineer reports directly to the Firmware Team Lead and will work within a multi-disciplined R&D team. You’ll be doing all aspects of writing FPGA code, drive FPGA development & documentation, Firmware verification & Software testing. This role will allow you to work alongside Electronics, Software & FPGA Engineer’s.

Senior FPGA Engineer Requirements:

• Degree qualified and 5+ years of experience
• FPGA design using VHDL
• Full FPGA development life cycle 
• Knowledge of Firmware Development
• Knowledge of Safety standards in Space, Defence, Automotive or Aerospace
