We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Architect to join a thriving team in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience within a UK-based architectural practice and a solid understanding of building regulations. You should have substantial experience in hospitality projects, supported by a compelling portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp is required.

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience for the Architect role:

A degree in Architecture and ARB registration
Post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
A proven track record of leading hospitality design projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical specifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, including conducting site visits
Confidently manage projects from conception to completion, both independently and within a team
Local to Chelmsford, or willing to relocate
