A leading architectural firm in Chelmsford is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join its innovative team in Chelmsford. The firm is well-known for delivering cutting-edge projects across various sectors, including hospitality, residential, and healthcare. With a strong focus on building lasting client partnerships, this role presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished architect to contribute to a portfolio of high-profile, impactful projects.

The Architect will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality design, a keen eye for detail, and thorough knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Architect:

ARB registered.

Sufficient post Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, and technical specifications for joinery, electrics, and finishes.
Lead and oversee hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
Must be based in Chelmsford.
