An esteemed architectural firm in Essex is searching for a skilled Architect to join its creative, forward-focused team. Celebrated for delivering standout projects across hospitality, residential, and healthcare projects the firm is dedicated to building enduring client partnerships and achieving design excellence. This role offers an exciting chance for an experienced Architect to make a significant impact on prestigious projects.

The successful Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 and will lead projects from concept through to completion. The ideal candidate should bring a strong background in hospitality design, meticulous attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations.

Responsibilities, Skills and Experience for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered.
  • Sufficient post Part 3 experience in a UK-based architectural practice.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering hospitality projects, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Lead and oversee hospitality design projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers, including conducting site visits and reviews.
  • Confidently manage projects independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with construction detailing and preparing technical documentation.
  • Must be based in Essex.
