I am seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with strong technical skills to join a well-established RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. This highly skilled and welcoming team has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs across the retail, residential, and healthcare sectors, consistently surpassing client expectations.

The ideal Architectural Technician will have sufficient post-qualification experience and a keen drive for career progression. You should be a collaborative team player who thrives on working within the residential sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Relevant degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
