I am seeking an experienced Architectural Technician with strong technical skills to join a well-established RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. This highly skilled and welcoming team has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs across the retail, residential, and healthcare sectors, consistently surpassing client expectations.
The ideal Architectural Technician will have sufficient post-qualification experience and a keen drive for career progression. You should be a collaborative team player who thrives on working within the residential sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Produce drawings whilst adhering to the client's specifications
- Proven experience working on residential projects
- Passion to grow and progress your career
- Self-motivated with a positive and driven approach to work
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Proficient using AutoCAD
- Must live locally to Chelmsford
