I am looking for an Architectural Technologist with excellent technical abilities to join a RIBA chartered practice in Chelmsford. The knowledgeable and friendly team have an excellent reputation and works on projects across the retail, residential and healthcare sectors and always creates innovative and sustainable designs whilst always exceeding client expectations.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant post-qualification experience and a passion to grow and progress their career. You will be a team player and will enjoy working on residential projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
  • Produce drawings whilst adhering to the client's specifications
  • Proven experience working on residential projects
  • Passion to grow and progress your career
  • Self-motivated with a positive and driven approach to work
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient using AutoCAD
  • Must live locally to Chelmsford
