I am looking for a talented and motivated Newly Qualified Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. The practice is renowned for its expertise and collaborative approach, specialising in retail, residential, and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative, tailored designs that consistently surpass client expectations, they offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful work.

The ideal Architect will have a solid foundation of experience, a keen eye for detail, and a confident, proactive attitude. Retail experience is a plus, and you should be eager to advance your career within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

  • ARB registered
  • Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
  • Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
  • Work through all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
