Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning architectural firm who work on various high profile residential projects. They are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running on these large-scale developments in their Chelmsford offices.
To be successful in this role a Senior Architectural Technician will have a successful history of producing working drawings for housing developers and contractors within an architectural office. They will also need an excellent portfolio as well as strong technical knowledge.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Strong technical understanding of house delivery for housebuilders
- Strong drawing and report writing expertise
- Good Commercial understanding and organisational skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and experience with Revit would be advantageous
- Work alongside the technical team and ensure successful delivery of Working Drawing projects
- Liaise with team members and contractors
- Check on drawing and information to ensure they are maintained at a high standard
- Live in within a commutable distance to the Chelmsford area
