Are you an experienced Design Manager seeking a new role with a leading tier 1 main contractor. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Design Manager with main contractor or developer experience to play a key role in an ever expanding business working on the delivery of residential, education and commercial projects in the Essex region.
About the role of Design Manager
This role will offer the opportunity to be involved in projects across a variety of sectors typically ranging from 10m - 70m in value and will also involve elements of pre-construction and delivery work.
Requirements for the Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor or developer
- Experience working in a mix of sectors, ideally residential, commercial or education
- Experience with new build projects
