Your new role
Heading up the facade design department, completing projects from conception to completion, managing a team of up to four designers, and liaising between site operations and clients. The role is varied and creative, involving coming up with innovative solutions to optimise the facade design, bringing architects' visions to reality, and making it easier for the delivery team on site. An understanding of all facade principles is essential, including sustainability, thermals, acoustics, and structural calculations.
What you'll need to succeed
A people-person with a proven track record of managing, proven experience in a similar role, and within the facade industry.
