Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator on a temporary basis, for an organisation based in Essex.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Repairs Admin:

• Manage and monitor the Customer Service inbox
• Act as first point of contact
• Log and schedule any repairs from customers
• Record and document customer details accurately
• Manage KPI's
• Handle complaints and escalate if necessary

Essential Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
