Job Title - Sales Administrator
Location - Chelmsford
Salary - 26 -27k pa (depending on experience)
Hours - Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm
We are delighted to be supporting our client with the hire of a Sales Administrator for their small business based in Chelmsford. They are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow within the business and end up taking a key part of the day to day running.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Answering phone and speaking to customers, booking jobs, quotes and return visits.
- Preparing sales invoices and managing purchase invoices and statements.
- Organise and manage uniform.
- Vehicle management.
- Stationery and Office supplies.
The right candidate would have the following skill set:
- Must be proactive
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbal and written.
- Willing and confident to use the phone with a professional nature.
- Proficient PC skills within Microsoft office package.
- Strong awareness of attention to detail.
- Previous sales admin experience with processing orders.
- Excellent time management skills, need to have the ability to organise/prioritise workload.
