Junior Video Editor & AV Assistant- £25,000-Chelmsford

The Role

We are a dynamic high growth business coaching company, looking to appoint an enthusiastic and pro-active Junior Video Editor & AV Assistant to our growing team.

This office-based role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of video editing and an interest in AV equipment. You will support the production of video content and assist with AV setup for events and presentations as well as help to keep our video and AV equipment organised and in excellent condition while ensuring smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

  • Perform basic video editing to produce content for our digital learning platforms, social media, and events.
  • Edit video shorts and long-form content.

Audio/Visual Support:

  • Assist in setting up and managing AV equipment for events, presentations, and shoots.
  • Operate basic audio and video recording equipment during live and recorded sessions.
  • Troubleshoot minor AV issues and support larger technical setups.

Organisation:

  • Maintain and organise video and AV equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
  • Manage file storage, backups, and archives for video content.
  • Keep production schedules on track, assisting with project planning and coordination.

Teamwork & Flexibility:

  • Work closely with the creative and production teams to deliver content and AV solutions.
  • Be available for longer hours and occasional weekends if required to support events or deadlines.
  • Approach all tasks with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
