Our client, a leading supplier of manufacturing equipment, is seeking a Part Time Accounts Assistant to support their finance team. This is a temporary position with flexible working hours.

  • Conduct credit control tasks, ensuring timely payments from clients
  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records
  • Provide finance support, assisting with financial reports and analysis
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with basic accounting duties, such as data entry and reconciliations
  • Strong credit control and finance skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in petty cash management
  • Attentive to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in financial software (SAGE) and Microsoft Office 365 suite

- Part-time role: 24 hours per week
